Returns And Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@zcqich.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. If you have any questions about returns, you can always contact us at support@zcqich.shop.

 

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

 

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

 

EU 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the product for any reason within 14 days, without giving any reason. As stated above, your product must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

You can apply for our return and refund service:

√ Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, if the product is free of manufacturing defects and in new or like-new condition (activated products are not eligible for returns).

Return and refund services will not be provided in the following circumstances:

× Requests made more than 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

× Products sent to zcqich for return and refund service do not include all original accessories, accessories, or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e., has cracks, dents, or scratches.

× Failure to provide a valid proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice, or reason to believe it is counterfeit or tampered with.

× Any product failure or damage caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, ingress of foreign matter (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.

× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof markings, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration. × The product is damaged due to external factors beyond our control, including fire, flood, high winds, or lightning strikes.

× The product is not delivered to zcqich within seven (7) calendar days after zcqich issues the Return and Refund Service confirmation.

× Other circumstances as specified in this policy. 

Return and Refund Instructions

If you would like to request a refund for a return, please do so within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.

We will review your request within 2 business days.

Note: Refund processing may be delayed during promotional events. 

Refund Time

Refunds will be processed using the same method used to make your payment. The refund process takes approximately 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. 

 

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) to the designated service center unless the refund is due to a performance failure.
